The delivery time to anywhere in the United Kingdom is up to 15 business days on average after payment confirmation.

Tracking codes take 3 to 7 business days to be sent by our suppliers to you, the customer.

We are not responsible if the product cannot be delivered to the recipient due to incorrect delivery address information entered on our website at the time of checkout.

Delivery time varies depending on the efficiency of the postal service and customs, but generally takes between 15 and 45 business days after dispatch, on average. The maximum delivery time is up to 90 days. After the stipulated period, please contact us immediately so that we can check with our suppliers. If we confirm that there is a problem with the logistics of your order, we will issue a FULL refund of your purchase immediately after these checks.

It is important that you arrange for delivery to the address registered in your order. After 3 (three) proven delivery attempts, you will have to pick up your order at a post office near your address. Storage fees will be charged if the order is not picked up within 7 calendar days. The amount of the fee depends on the weight/volume of the product.
